i'm really really glad i bought the mayday tickets from duane. cuz the concert was a blast! my only gripe is that our seats were way too far from the stage. it's a little hard to get high on a rock concert when you're so far away from the stage. but what to do..ours were the cheapest lot of the seats. given a choice again i would probably have been quite willing to buy closer and more expensive tickets. but we had a lot of fun!

the crowd was also pretty responsive - for a singaporean crowd, that is. even though the couple of rows of people behind me were mostly sitting and sedentary, they were the minority.

some highlights included:
> a cover of stef sun's 第一天
> celebrating 石頭's birthday. many people seemed to know and came wearing red shirts.
> the massive sing-a-longs like 知足 and 人生海海
> sinply being the first artistes to use expo's max pavillion as a concert venue
