it's been 2 weeks since the exams ended, even though it feels much longer than that. and it's been eternity since i posted anything at length.

anyway wk and i just caught zathura with yk and wm after their last paper. the jumanji-style movie was quite entertaining actually. even though wm said jumanji was better, it still kinda exceeded my expectations. above everything else, the boy who played danny shone - just by being damn adorable haha.

and that makes a personal hat-trick of watching movies targeted at a children audience, over the past couple of weeks. watched sky high last week, which was a totally nickelodean flick, but still entertaining as well. i guess the appeal of these movies for me is simply knowing that everything is going to turn out perfectly fine at the end of the day, and not having to question which character does what and why at every juncture.

i have to give a shout-out to harry potter and the goblet of fire as well. i realised i haven't thanked eugene and ang bk for the tix..so if you're reading this, thanks dudes! the movie definitely left a greater impression on me than the prisoner of azkaban did. for one there's a lot more action.. and there's voldemort. not to mention the cool cg-animated creatures like dragons and mermaids. haha so if any of you haven't caught it, it is worth a watch. i don't read the books but as far as the movie series goes, the story is definitely getting darker and cooler.

okay gonna get some shuteye. life after exams rocks.
