it's been 8 years since we all parted ways. wenshan said "you know my brother? he's already in jc, that's how old we are".

tsk tsk.

anyhow it's been a couple of years since the last gathering with the primary 6 people (even though i couldn't remember a lot of details). so it was good seeing the old guys again.. and even chatting with people i hardly got the chance to talk with, like wenshan, denis, zairu, etc.. kudos to the people who revived the outing! we had swensen's for lunch and went over to dome to talk. and looks like the next outing's already in the works. well pri 6/9 has always been a special class to me. i remember i had a lot of fun then, even if it's getting much harder to recall all the little things that happened..but it will still be a special class to me. seems kinda rare that anyone ever goes out with their primary school classmates anymore so i've always been somewhat proud of that fact. now i wonder if i will ever meet up with my primary 4 classmates.

guess in retrospect it's actually been a cool weekend. yesterday our workshop 2ic treated us to lunch at a thai food eatery..his promotion treat. and thankfully, some very irritating ord personnel didn't come. it was a satisfying meal after all.. had to cancel my driving lesson cuz of it. well..me, jason ang and yao ended up trying to expend credits at the arcade after that and i spent the rest of the later afternoon at jason lee's house playing mahjong and cards. then i went to watch the aviator later at night.

i'm gonna admit (at the expense of getting all the cold stares from people of the are-you-kidding-you-can't-appreciate-it-it's-5-star-and-it's-scorsese-for-christ'ssss-sake kind) i was already zonking out towards the end. still, i thought leo dicaprio put up a credible performance again. cate blanchett was so drama but i dunno, maybe that was the way hepburn was. and i think it'd really help if i went in knowing more about howard hughes.

suddenly my will is shaken as to my choice of university and course. again.
