i freaked out this morning.
my favourite kway chap had what looked like a cockroach nymph in it. and i found out only after finishing the food when the soup remained. basically i told my friends not to be surprised if i got an atten c for diarrhoea tomorrow. luckily so far, i'm okay. but the harm's been done considering the psychological trauma. i'm not eating from that stall forever.
my knees are still hurting from that approx 4.5km run just now. i'm a weak soldier alright. i was too tired to register for my basic driving theory test. anyway the bookings are only open during normal office hours and i left camp too late.
yesterday, i saw the queen herself.
faye wong came was in j8 to plug her new movie, leaving me loving you. leon lai came with the package. not that i really cared. alvin and i had decided to meet up to catch her but we came at different times and were separated permanently in the crowd. yeah she looks older and she's actually smiling and waving once in a while. but trust me she still looks more bemused than anything to me. somewhat bored too. like she'd rather be somewhere else. faye's still the queen of nonchalance all right. then it was dinner with morris. but i'm wondering if it was worth it taking so many lousy shots on real film, squeezed in the sweaty crowd by mainlanders and rabid leon lai fans blocking my view with their signs.
my friend has unwittingly psychoed me with the music he plays in the car in the morning to camp. mika nakashima's love addict simply is delectable jazz-pop.
the grammys were alright. nothing to scream about though. and seems like this has been making the rounds at several blogs. i'd love to be able to do something like that sometime. for now it's guard duty tomorrow again. sucks.
