i am shagged to bits.

anyway i just returned half an hour ago from camp. we just had our trainees' night. much as i had previously wished i could skip it and go home, the programme was surprisingly interesting. we were served the buffet food by our very own instructors, the standup comedian was damn funny and there was also a segment on swimsuit modelling to satisfy the deprived army male. much as it all happened in the parade square.

guard duty yesterday was smooth-sailing too. although by a twist of fate i didn't get to do guard duty with my usual gang, i was surprisingly comfortable with another group of platoonmates. and i am a bit surprised that wr opened up to me about some of his troubles when we prowled together even though we hardly interacted previously. guess i did gain something out of yesterday.

yawn. must work harder at the land rover engine tomorrow.
